According to Suzuki the Suzuki Hayabusa or GSX  1300 R is a 299 cc(79.3 cu in), 4- stroke, inline - four, Liquid - cooled, DOHC, 16 - valve engine sportbike. Introduced by Suzuki in 1999 it quickly was recognized  as one of the worlds fastest production motorcycles that can ride at speeds between 188 to 194 miles per hour. The word "Hayabusa" means "Peregrine Falcon" which is one of the fastest birds.
