      This year, Audi a German carmaker ready to buy shares of a sports motorcycle manufacturer from Italy, Ducati.


      As quoted from autoevolution, Audi will officially bought Ducati in April. Both agreed with the figure of U.S. $ 1.12 billion. Audi has long targeted this famous motorcycle. Even with intense enough they always involved a serious conversation with Ducati. Investindustrial party as the Ducati owner indicated that the chances of Audi to invest in the Ducati is very large. Previously, BMW, Volkswagen, and India-based company, Mahindra Group is also interested in buying the stock Ducati.


      As is known, Ducati had a crisis before it was eventually purchased by Investindustrial. But lately, Investindustrial reportedly has debts of U.S. $ 1.25 billion. This again led to a crisis on the Ducati. Ducati was founded in 1926, and began producing motorcycles sport since 1946. Ducati has made several motorcycle models such as Ducati Diavel, Ducati Hypermotard, Ducati Monster, Ducati Multistrada, Ducati Streetfighter.
